placing an order in the webshop will create a order-inquiry only due to specific law in different countries, specific couriers we need to use the shipping costs can not be calculated by the webshop system and need to be calculated every time by our staff as well as the estimated shipping date
Customers will get a quote from us with the final costst, the estimated shipping date and must accept the quote in written form by email
the purchase order becomes valid only if the customer receives a order-confirmation by email
we will NOT collect any money from you until your ordered goods are physically packed and ready for delivery to you
only when the ordered goods are ready for delivery to you we will send you the invoice wit all payment information
payment must be in advance of delivery by (SEPA) bank transfer only

after we receive your payment the warehouse (operated by Sickinger Holster GmbH) will deliver your order
Returns
Every return needs an RMA-number from us
customer needs to send a email to: office@powerspeed.at or call +43 1 28046266 to describe the problem(s) we need to understand you problem to source the reason why the problem occured - to improve our service
returns without RMA-numnber or unpaid freight will NOT be received by the warehouse
for each returned item we charge € 15,-- for restocking in the warehouse
